It has the form you would have to fill out to get the autograph. This shows that they were at the author signing event. The book has small cosmetic wear. Some small rips on upper part of inside flap of dust jacket. Small stains on sides of pages. The corner bottom part of pages have some small bends as shown. Pages are clean and crisp.
