This has been stripped down cleaned rollers lubricated (the main rollers) the bottom contact roller replaced when necessary , these are in good working order just not cosmetically perfect an ideal cheap fix to replace your head but please do ensure that you have the voltage coming out of the two pins at the front to fix your issue
