Israeli Model 4 Gas Mask Size Medium w/ German Drager Filter in US Army M17 Bag
The Filter appears unused. It is German, presumably Drager (although I did not translate it). I cannot confirm that the mask is unused. Also included is a piece of cardboard with Arabic appearing writing on it.
