Samsung Galaxy Tab S SM-T800 32GB WiFi 10.5" - Titanium Bronze. This tablet is around 2017 and has Android 6.1 on. This is the the latest version it will update to. It could be updated via firmware flashing to a custom OS (i've read this online) but I don't know how this is done - best left to professionals.
