Great extractor but sadly has a fault, this may be an easy fix for someone in the know. I had it professionally repaired and believe the motor brushes and housing was replaced however a month on there is a odd sound coming from motor and an electrical smell, I wonder if the brushes are struggling the meet up. comes complete with hose and powers on ok just faulty motor by the sounds of it. lid snapped off but locates back on and you can still pick up with handle with no issue. any questions please ask.
