Used this in combination with uworld to pass step 1 first time last year! Haven’t put any annotations in the book although my cat did put some bite marks into the top left hand corner and top right (nothing too deep) Most of the science hasn’t changed so grab a must have book for step 1 revision at a great price and good luck with the exam!
