I really liked Atlantis, and it was one of those series which was cancelled way too soon, and could have gone on producing great stories. But no, like Firefly, it felt the axe fall way too soon, and like Star Trek Enterprise ended with a hastily slapped-together final episode which in no way did the rest of the series justice.
