Waterman propelling pencil, appears to be gold plated judging by the markings. Made in France plaque Org Mechanism appears to work, but not extensivly tested. Not much led in. Engraved 1896 s&s 1976 - possibly a commemorative pencil Please not the pen has small scratches, and dent not clear in photos.
