The artist is unsigned, but it was produced by Tuscan. It is fine English bone china in the pattern of four-leaf clover with scalloped edge and gold tone rim. This plate was made in England. It is 8 1/8" diameter and is in excellent vintage condition - no cracks, crazing, stains or chips. Given the age of this plate, hand washing in room temperature water is recommended.
