This German-made player has the very high quality MN64733 Bitstream MASH DACs onboard, alongside the renowned Philips CDM12.1 transport. The sound quality from this unit is dynamic and natural with great detail and clarity and a huge soundstage and perfect imaging. The mechanism is very smooth, quiet and quick. There are a few marks from use on the top panel but the front fascia is perfect. You won't be disappointed with the performance or the aesthetic of this lovely Technics CD player. Unfortunately this does not ship with a remote but replacements can be found online quite easily.
