These skates appear to have been worn once and then stored for the last 37 years somewhere climate controlled and clean. Some asphalt marks and scuffs to wheels, some light scuffs and marks to plastic of boots. I'm a 12, and owned a bunch of slightly later (TRS, trooper etc) skates, and I haven't tried these on but I'd eyeball the size as being closer to the 11 molded in the plastic at ankle height, than the 12 printed on the bootie inserts.
