Comes in original box with manual and screws etc. When I received this one of the hinges had come off. I have since super glued this back on and feels very sturdy again (I have clipped it back into the frame and used some good force so I’m confident this will hold well). All good otherwise- 4 way locking system, for cats and small dogs up to 360mm (14”).
