Vintage marked with the London North Eastern Railway initials and some id marking can't see the make just what might be Sheffield. Not sure if it's a builders cold chisel or a caulking chisel. Proper old school quality tool with a great aged used patina. Please take the time to study the pictures carefully for condition and sizes as they form part of the description.
