Used but in good condition. A little dusty from storage. Worked fine when it was removed from car however has been stored in garage ever since and now unable to test. SHould work fine but any issues im happy to accept a hassle free return. No major flaws or damage. Measurements shown in photos. Any flaws will be highlighted & clearly shown in final photos.
