This is in used condition and does half work So for some reason it only does the short cycle when producing hot water. It doesnt seem to produce the long one. Hence why its a cheaper price as you will need to push the button a couple of times. . Ive personally taken this all part and given a really good clean so already to use when recieved. Uk plug as well. Please make sure you are happy with the condition before buying. Fast postage
