2-sided Bollard Mooring Capstan Cleat I believe it was made by Marine Hardware of Peabody, Massachusetts. Circa: 1900 but the lettering is worn down. Four-hole freestanding capstan. Both the 2 inner pieces spin freely and one of the end pieces revolve, the other end piece does not revolve will need cleaned and oiled. Very heavy and solid at approximately 39 pounds. Used antique item shows signs of use scuffs scratches ware marks and other imperfections.
