Art deco porcelain shepherd dog, made by german manufacturer Pfeffer Gotha. The factory was in production until 1942. This figure was made before 1934, the factory mark underneath was used between 1900-1934. Also marked with form number 4806. Height 10.5 cm, length 23.5 cm. The Pfeffer Gotha factory first belonged to Heinrich Graeser, who sold the factory to Fritz Pfeffer in 1882, who used the porcelain and faience factory to produce dolls and dolls' heads with great success. After 1934, the factory continued with producing different animal figures and stoneware decoration items. The factory closed in 1942. Condition: In unblemished condition
