Rare 'ROGER' USA Double Tipped Ball Point pen. Looks like Blue and Red Ink colors. The Gold colored Cap of the Pen is Marked 'ROGER' and 'USA' on the clip. Manufacturers Sales Division'. My grandfather worked for International Harvester in Truck sales and they probably used General Tires on their Trucks.
