This carved natural stone Buddha head appears to be made of moonstone. Colors of gray, white and tan can be seen throughout its structure with smaller inclusions of yellow and rust brown. Since this piece is made of natural stone there are a few unique imperfections and flaws that include, but would not be limited to, pitting in the rock, small unpolished rough spots and variation in the formation, coloring, carving, shape, design and finish.
