Bought brand new 18 months ago. In perfect working order albeit some fading of the logo and yellowing of the mount (see photos). No box. Other than that it’s in great working order. We rotated our camera with 2 spare batteries so the battery life should be very good. I moved recently so no longer need a smart security system but would highly recommend Arlo!
