The phone is used. The battery drain a little fast as showed in the pictures battery health has 76% and is recommended to replace it . Has a little crack on the back but that doesn’t affect the performance of the phone. Overall the phone is in good condition and working in order. The previous buyer has returned the phone claiming the it doesn’t update to the new software but as the picture shows is now updated with no problems .
