Select the appropriate adapter and thread it onto the axle until it bottoms out. Screw the long puller screw into the adapter, then thread the thrust nut until it rests inside the bearing. Select a suitable wrench to secure the puller screw, and use another wrench to thread the thrust nut until the axle is pulled out of the hub.
