This is modelled on the belt buckle for the Wrath of Khan era Starfleet uniform, featuring the gold circle inset with the Cochrane Arrowhead emblem of the original USSEnterprise. There is, of course, the pin to secure the belt holes and the central spar to hold the belt in place.
