This item is super clean and in excellent condition. The colors are vibrant, the corners are crisp, and the pages are stiff. There is almost no wear from being stored over the years. This booklet is as close to being in mint condition as it could be. There are no creases, nor are there any markings or writings upon it. The binder has no creases it as it seems this was never read.
