This is the Swing Caddy by Swing Impact and it is designed to provide a training aid that will aid in timing, tempo, and improve your strength and swing path. I am 75 years old and this has dramatically helped me in my rehab of my right shoulder. I have used it for over an year and my driver swing is back to 85 mph. I know to some of you that isn't a big deal, but consider my age and my shoulder.
