This is a wonderful example of this iconic design by famous designer and architect Mario Bellini, a rare mid 1970's Italian/Japanese collaboration. What I always loved about it, apart from the unique 'ski slope' design, is how that fed through into Yamaha's drum machine designs in the 1980's, such as the RX5, with the flat sloping front.
