Vintage 1950s petticoat underskirt circle stiffened voile for skirt /dress w 28"
In a cream stiffened voile fabric this petticoat has a full circle skirt - so great for jive dancing or doing a jitterbug. The fabric moves well amd is comfortable to wear. The skirt is so pretty you could wear as a top skirt!
