This British Army Officer’s Mess Kit Jacket is a heavy wool garment in an approximate chest size UK 38, beautifully tailored by Gouldings Tailors in the mid-1990’s at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. The design is British Infantry Officer, Kings Division pattern with regimental insignia removed. Captain rank pips remain on the jacket. With one owner, the item was used only occasionally and is in great condition but does have light staining around the cuffs as shown. There is also a small 2mm whole in the wool as shown, but is hardly noticeable when wearing. Ideal for collectors or enthusiasts interested in British Army history, this jacket is now great for Cosplay, fun social events or collectors of former authentic uniform.
