Antique 1910's-1920's Boice Crane #60 Bandsaw Scroll Jig Saw Belt Driven

I am not able to test it with a belt but everything rotates/moves nicely. Plate has heavy rust on the bottom, top is still pretty smooth. I am not the original owner.
