Purchased this new last year, never used as it turned out to be a broken wire on the boiler itself . It’s the bare unit does not have the silver or black surround but still has the protective covering on the screen for installation. I have the original box/packaging it came in and was a bit tatty when i got it so it will be packaged in a bubble wrap envelope and boxed . More than welcome to collect but if preferred i will post out with Royal Mail signed for .
