Antique Yale & Towne Pocket Door Pull Handle or Window Sash Lift. Made of brass and marked "Y&T". It is 8-1/8" overall length with screw holes being 7" apart on center. The oval pocket is 1-1/2" x 4-5/8". Very nice piece.
