1913 Perry's Victory Centennial Pennant Green Bay WI War of 1812 US Navy. Measures 28 1/2" long and 10 1/2" wide. The blue part is a silk type material, only the borders are felt. There is a little wear to the painted on lettering, and the oval there is supposed to have a ppaer picture of Perry but thats long gone. Still pretty good shape. Comes as seen in photos free shipping
