surface laptop 5 , 16GB , 256GB i5 11th gen 13inch laptop was working then after a failed update and reinstall of OS some drivers wont install battery shows at 0% when plugged in if you unplug it shut down straight away , has to be charged on USB C as mag charger isnt working unsure if its to do with bios or drivers spares repair no return
