This is the Avantis Magnabolt composite and timber multipoint door lock. It has x4 deadbolt latches and a 20mm faceplate with radius (rounded) ends. The Magnabolt door lock is widely used on modern composite door systems such as Compdoor and also found on many timber door systems.
