This is a used Duino Mite Mega which comes in a small plastic case. I know little about this other than it runs a BASIC interpreter. It is a very entry level SBC so the VGA outputs basic monochrome NOT the full colour set you'd expect from a desktop PC. I'd recommend you Google the product name before purchasing if you don't already know about this.
