So this has never been used in my ownership and the tyre is not holding air. The wheel appears to be balanced though. It is un-tested in my ownership. Does have the odd mark here and there but in very good condition. Please see images. Surplus to requirements and are very hard to get hold of these days. Grab a bargain!
