New and used but opened. This is brand new Emma Original mattress which has not been used. It's just sat on bedframe in spare room at the moment. Very comfortable mattress but wanted a slightly firmer mattress hence the sale. Purchased less than year ago for £449. Collection only from OL16 4FZ.
