Vintage looks like a apprentice made piece. Listing for parts or not working due to a clamping stud and wing nut missing and the stud that is there will not come out it just spins the wing nut will tighten but I think the threads in the housing have gone. Great aged patina with a couple of id stamps been stored for years with other items. Might be of use for someone please take the time to study the pictures carefully for condition and sizes as they form part of the description.
