Not Required for replacing traditional fluorescent tubes in electronic ballast type. Acts as a fuse bridge bypassing the choke (ballast) in conventional fluorescent tube fittings. It prevents the need for re-wiring, basically a quick and easy way to install new LEDs in old fluorescent fittings.
