We use a 60 ton press to form all the roll cage saddles (38, 45 and 50mm OD). We use a CNC tube bender to manufacture all the bent components. We use a 3 axis tube notcher to scallop the tube. The only parts we buy in pre made are the nuts, bolts and washers!
