There are multiple ways to prepare sea moss - here is a suggestion: Pour 3 litres of water into a pot, bring to the boil then add sea moss and linseed. Stir constantly. Boil for a further 30 minutes, strain off the liquid and place the contents into a clean container and allow to cool then stir in milk of your choice and vanilla essence.
