This ERA Saracen Dura Deadlock Gearbox with 11.5mm latch is available for either right or left handed applications and is designed for use with Duraflex profiles. On a Side Hung Window - the arrow should always point downwards - again we view this from the inside of the house and it is based on the latch being in the extended position - i.e. when the window is closed.
