The keyboard isNOT backlit. Pictures show a real key example and an example keyboard where the keys are pulled from. Once again, you are buying individual keys ,not a full keyboard. The sticker that shows the keyboard model number at the back of the keyboard (refer to the last picture for more details) may also help you decide.
