Old seagate external hard drive with power supply. This is an IDE / pata drive inside. Really good quality external housing, they don’t make them like this any more. Drive itself I think has randomly died, keeps coming up with cry error when trying to initialise. Not sure why as it was working fine when put in storage a while back. Might be useful if you have an old IDE/PATA drive and want to attach it to your modern pc.
