Vintage GI Joe/ Action Man Helicopter Pilot Outfit . I think at some point he's been repaired and bits have been mixed up check photos. He has no hands. There is a slight tear in the bottom of the jumpsuit that could be repaired see photos. Please check photos for your own reference.
