This is for 250 grams of an amorphous carbon which exhibits strong magnetic properties. 250 grams of Magnetic Amorphous Carbon (MAC) (what you get). The material can be used to adsorp chemicals and can then be separated from a carrier fluid using a magnetic field (I have used N42 or better neodymium magnets).
