The cable is fitted with a special plug that will fit BOTH a standard cigarette / cigar AND the smaller continental Hella type DIN socket. The female end is CIGAR / CIGARETTE not HELLA! The red cap simply twists off so the plug can be used with the HELLA socket and back on with the cigar!
