NO RETURN! This printer prints. The screen is not perfect and it leaves a line on the cards as you see on the pictures. Zoom in! The company told me it is an easy fix a new rubber roller ~90£ as that is leaving the line but I don`t have the time for it while working 2 jobs. Not using this printer anymore. It is for someone who is looking for a bargain as these printers cost a lot usually.
