This Partner K2300 EL 300mm electric concrete cut off saw is in very good working order and the overall condition is very good too. This saw is very heavy duty and can be used wet or with a dust extraction unit to manage the dust. I don't recommend changing the 32amp plug for the smaller 16amp due to the power of the saw.
