Battery and charger are NOT included. Phone was tested with another battery. It is in working order but locked to Virgin Mobile network. This is an old phone so pre merger with O2. You would need an old Virgin SIM card to use with this or get the phone unlocked to work with any 2G network. Overall in good condition with some marks and scratches, please see photos.
